Job Summary:
The Ayurvedic Teaching Staff is responsible for delivering academic instruction in Ayurvedic subjects, guiding students in theoretical and practical learning, and contributing to academic development and research activities in the institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Ayurvedic subjects as per curriculum (e.g., Dravyaguna, Kayachikitsa, Panchakarma, etc.).
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and presentations.
- Conduct lectures, practical sessions, and clinical demonstrations.
- Assess student performance through exams, assignments, and evaluations.
- Guide students in research projects and academic activities.
- Participate in curriculum development and academic planning.
- Maintain academic records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory standards (CCIM/NCISM).
- Contribute to seminars, workshops, and conferences.
