- The ideal candidate will develop and manage sourcing strategies for offshore crew across all ranks
- You will identify potential candidates proactively, maintain a robust talent pipeline, and ensure all sourced candidates meet MLC, STCW, ARAMCO, ADNOC, and client-specific requirements
- Responsibilities include overseeing document verification and compliance checks, coordinating closely with Crewing and Operations teams, monitoring market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor sourcing practices, and ensuring timely mobilization support through effective manpower planning

Requirements:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in offshore/marine crew sourcing; solid network within the offshore crewing industry; excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills; ability to work under pressure and meet urgent mobilization timelines; knowledge of offshore client standards is essential
