Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Data Governance Analyst/Consultant with 3-7 years of experience to support and enhance our enterprise Data Governance initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring data quality, metadata management, data lineage, and governance compliance across business and technology teams. The candidate should possess robust analytical, stakeholder management, and data management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and support Data Governance frameworks, policies, standards, and processes.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define data ownership, stewardship, and accountability.
- Develop and maintain business glossaries, data dictionaries, and metadata repositories.
- Support data cataloging, metadata management,



and data lineage initiatives.
- Monitor and improve data quality through profiling, validation, and remediation processes.
- Facilitate data governance councils, working groups, and stakeholder meetings.
- Conduct impact assessments related to data changes and governance controls.
- Support regulatory and compliance requirements such as GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and industry-specific standards.
- Work closely with Data Engineering, Analytics, and Business teams to ensure adherence to governance policies.
- Create dashboards and reports to measure data governance maturity and effectiveness.
