Position: HVAC Technician

Location: Oragadam, Chennai

Salary: Up to 24,000 Gross per month

Job Responsibilities

- Operate, monitor, and maintain HVAC systems, including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, and ventilation systems.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance as per the maintenance schedule.
- Troubleshoot HVAC equipment and rectify minor faults to ensure uninterrupted operation.
- Monitor temperature, humidity, and air quality to maintain required environmental conditions.
- Inspect HVAC equipment regularly and report any abnormalities to the supervisor.
- Maintain daily logbooks, maintenance records, and equipment checklists.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company SOPs while carrying out maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for major repairs and shutdown activities.
- Ensure efficient operation of HVAC systems to optimize energy consumption.





Eligibility Criteria

- ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Mechanical, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-10 years of experience in HVAC operation and maintenance.
- Knowledge of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, pumps, and ventilation systems.
- Basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
