Enterprise AI Architect

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise AI Architect to lead the assessment, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale AI architectures and transformation roadmaps. The role will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to define AI strategy, establish target-state architectures, and drive the adoption of AI solutions across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

- Define Enterprise AI strategy, target-state architectures, and transformation roadmaps.
- Assess current-state technology landscapes and AI readiness.
- Design scalable AI, data, integration, security, and cloud architectures.
- Lead AI architecture workstreams supporting business transformation initiatives.
- Evaluate AI platforms, tools, frameworks, and governance models.
- Support Architecture Review Boards (ARB) and architecture governance activities.
- Collaborate with business, data, engineering, and security teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Maintain architecture artefacts, standards, and documentation.





Required Skills

- Strong experience in Enterprise Architecture and AI Architecture.
- Expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, and AI governance frameworks.
- Experience designing enterprise architectures across Business, Application, Data, Security, Integration, and Technology domains.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred), data platforms, APIs, and modern digital architectures.
- Experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and ArchiMate.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise architecture tools such as LeanIX, Sparx EA, Bizzdesign, or Ardoq.
- Robust stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.

Preferred

- Experience in Insurance, Financial Services, Healthcare, Utilities, or other regulated industries.
- TOGAF and/or ArchiMate Certification.
- Exposure to Responsible AI, AI Governance, and Enterprise AI Operating Models.
