Roles & Responsibilities

- Visit architects, contractors, builders, carpenters, dealers, and project sites to generate new business opportunities.
- Promote the company's range of plywood, flush doors, laminates, MDF, veneers, and other wood products.
- Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, and convert leads into sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify current projects and monitor competitor activities.
- Meet assigned sales targets and expand the customer base within the allocated territory.
- Coordinate with the office and dispatch team to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on enquiries, orders, payments, and customer feedback.
- Submit daily visit reports, sales reports, and market intelligence to the reporting manager.
- Represent the company professionally and maintain high standards of customer service.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline (12th Pass with relevant experience may also be considered).




- 25 years of field sales experience in plywood, laminates, timber, MDF, veneers, hardware, paints, sanitaryware, cement, steel, or other building materials.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and dealers.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Strong negotiation and customer handling skills.
