Role & responsibilities
- Conduct virtual counseling sessions via video conferencing
- Manage online course enrollments through EdTech platform
- Collaborate with marketing team on admissions campaigns
- Connect with professionals and senior learners exploring advanced programs
- Assess academic ambitions, skilled background, and career trajectory to recommend bestfit programs
- Conduct personalized counselling sessions across multiple touchpoints
- Address queries, overcome objections, and build trust through subjectmatter expertise
- Manage inbound and outbound leads effectively to maximize conversions
- Maintain accurate records of interactions via CRM tools and generate weekly performance reports
- Consistently achieve or surpass monthly enrolment and revenue targets
Incentive: Uncapped Incentive as per Company Policy 6-days a week (1st &2nd Saturday off).
