Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
- Supervise sales floor staff to ensure excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular stock takes to maintain accurate inventory levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze sales data to optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotions.
Job Requirements :
- 2-15 years of experience in retail store management or related field.
- Robust knowledge of retail store operations, including inventory control, cash handling, and visual merchandising.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to motivate team members towards achieving goals.
