Skills & Experience Required

We are looking for a Spanish Language Specialist with 3 to 6 years of experience in Contact Center/BPO operations or any domain in spanish. The ideal candidate should possess robust communication skills in Spanish (C1/C2 level) and English, with a customer-centric approach and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Note - Candidate should be excellent communication in Spanish

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

- 3 to 6 years of experience in Contact Center/BPO operations / Any operations & any domain.
- Excellent communication skills in spanish (C1/C2 level mandatory)



and English.
- Experience handling Voice, or any processes.
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Willingness to work in Nightshifts.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Spanish(C1 /C2 level mandatory)
- Prior experience supporting international customers is preferred.
- Experience in a Order management spanish customer support environment is an added advantage.
- Flexible In shift Night (24/7)
- Notice period- Immediate 30 Days
