Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide functional expertise on Workday Payroll module to clients, ensuring seamless implementation and maintenance of payroll processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet client needs.

- Conduct training sessions for clients on Workday Payroll functionality, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.

- Troubleshoot issues related to payroll processing, time tracking, and reporting in Workday.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by implementing effective controls and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-9 years of experience in Workday Functional role with a focus on Payroll.

- Robust understanding of Workday HCM application (Core HR & Talent Management) is essential.

- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).

- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines while working independently or as part of a team.
