- Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, with 712 years of software engineering experience
- Proficiency in Python with robust coding and debugging abilities.
- Strong hands-on Python (preferred) skills, with solid coding and debugging ability. We are open to hiring candidates who have strong prior experience with Java and C++ and willing to move to Python.
- Sound grounding in software development principles, data structures, architecture, design patterns, and agile ways of working
- Experience or knowledge of frontend technologies such as React/Redux/Angular/Javascript/NodeJS
- Excellent communication, creative and strategic thinking skills, and technical expertise to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Solid communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Candidates who are from top product firms / HFT’s and working on designing and developing platforms / engines / systems from scratch would be the best fit for this role.
- Candidates from top pedigree colleges (IIT’s/ NIT’s/ BITS) graduating with an 8+ CGPA and preferably from Computer Science or Circuit Courses would be most preferred.
