Role & responsibilities

- Head civil execution for utility-scale ground-mounted solar projects (300+ MW).
- Manage the complete project lifecycle: planning, execution, supervision, monitoring, and commissioning support.
- Execute civil works Piling, Boundry Wall, ICR, Switchyard, MMS (fixed & tracker)within defined timelines.
- Oversee surveys and investigations: boundary demarcation, topographic survey, geotechnical investigation, and static pile load testing (pull-out, lateral, compression).
- Execute foundations and infrastructure: MMS pile & RCC foundations, IDT, PSS, GSS, CMCS buildings, 33/66 kV yards, 220/400 kV transmission lines, BESS facilities, roads, drainage, earthing, LT/HT cable laying and termination with inverter & HT panels.
- Manage materials, BOQs,



cost control, and client & contractor billing.
- Prepare construction schedules and conduct weekly project review meetings with EPC partners and subcontractors.
- Perform technical evaluation, due diligence, and in office management of subcontractors.

Liaise with local government authorities, utilities, and statutory bodies

Preferred candidate profile

B.Tech/B.E. (Civil) with 13-20 years of experience in MW-scale Solar PV, Hybrid & BESS EPC projects, including roles as Project Head / Site Manager.
