Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Administration Support Engineer with 7+ years of experience in End User Computing (EUC), Desktop Support, Network Support, and Pharmaceutical IT Operations. The candidate will provide L2 onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and business-critical applications while ensuring compliance with GxP/GMP standards.

- ITIL Foundation (Preferred)

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in EUC, Desktop Support, Network Support, and Pharmaceutical/Healthcare IT environments.
- Experience in GxP-regulated environments is mandatory.
