Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Overview -

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to lead and manage production operations, ensure achievement of production targets, maintain quality standards, optimize resources, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and supervise day-to-day production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per quality and delivery requirements.
- Monitor production efficiency, productivity, and operational costs. • Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Supply Chain teams.
- Implement process improvements to reduce wastage and increase efficiency.




- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
- Lead and develop production teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Prepare production reports and analyze performance metrics.

Qualification & Experience

- B.E./B.Tech (Engineering) is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Production.
- Candidates with experience in FMCG manufacturing industries shall be preferred.
- Solid leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
