Role & responsibilities

- Cost Estimation: Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Budget Control: Monitor project expenditures, track variations, and implement cost-control procedures.
- Contract Administration: Manage subcontractor agreements, evaluate monthly progress claims, and issue payment certificates.
- Procurement: Assist in evaluating supplier tenders, conducting cost-benefit analyses, and negotiating contracts.
- Final Accounts: Prepare, negotiate, and settle final accounts with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Reporting: Generate regular financial status reports, cash flow forecasts, and risk assessments for management.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: B.Tech/B.E.



in Civil Engineering or a Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management.
- Experience: 35 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and industry-standard estimation software.
- Core Competencies: Robust understanding of standard codes of measurement, tendering processes, and local construction laws.
- Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, commercial awareness, and analytical problem-solving skills.
