We Are Hiring Sales Trainer (Credit Card Department)

Job Locations:Guwahati

Qualification: Graduate

Salary: Depending on last drawn salary

Payroll: Randstad

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct induction training for new employees (2 batches per week, 40–50 candidates per batch)
- Complete daily assigned training tasks and reporting
- Monitor employee productivity and performance across teams
- Ready to travel to nearby locations (7–10 days travel required)
- Experience in hardcore sales, retail, or FMCG industry preferred
- Ability to adapt and handle changing situations effectively
- Valuable knowledge of Excel and strong PPT presentation skills

Eligibility:

- Candidates with sales trainer experience will be given top priority




- Trainers from other domains are also welcome to apply

- Candidates must be formally dressed and carry two copies of their updated CV for the face-to-face interview
- Report on time as confirmed by the recruiter
