We are looking for a detail-oriented QC & R&D; Analyst with experience in cosmetics, fragrances, or perfumery. The role involves product development, raw material evaluation, quality testing, and formulation trials to ensure high product standards and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

- Product Development: Assist in fragrance and cosmetic formulation development, coordinate with internal teams for current product launches, and conduct formulation trials, stability testing, and product evaluations
- Quality Control: Perform test and analyze raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure product quality
- Maintain accurate QC records, test reports, and documentation, and ensure compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Research & Development (R&D;): Support fragrance formulation, blending, and product innovation while staying updated on industry trends,



raw material innovations, and regulatory requirements
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate lab records, formulation data, and QC reports, ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards, and support internal and external audits

Required Skills

- Knowledge of cosmetic formulations, perfumery ingredients, and QC testing
- Experience in product trials, stability testing, and documentation
- Understanding of cosmetic regulations and quality standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualification

- BSc / MSc/ Diploma in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related fieldExperience: 2-5 years in QC / R&D; in cosmetics, fragrance, or perfumery industry
