- Develop and execute downstream replenishment plans for finished goods across warehouses and distribution centers.
- Convert demand forecasts into distribution requirements and Stock Transfer Orders (STOs).
- Maintain inventory through safety stock, reorder point, and replenishment planning.
- Monitor inventory health, including excess, slow-moving, obsolete, and stockout risks.
- Coordinate with manufacturing to align production with downstream demand.
- Collaborate with logistics, warehousing, sales, and customer service to ensure timely deliveries.
- Manage product allocation and prioritization during supply constraints.
- Track KPIs such as OTIF, inventory turns, days of inventory, and forecast adherence.
- Prepare planning, inventory, and supply performance reports.
- Use ERP/APS tools (SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, O9, Blue Yonder) for planning cycles and scenario analysis.
- Support S&OP;/IBP processes and participate in planning process improvements and automation initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field
- MBA / Postgraduate qualification in Operations or Supply Chain (preferred)
