We are looking for a highly organised, analytical and execution-oriented qualified to drive Business Development Support Operations, CRM, Marketing Coordination, Research, MIS, Client Engagement and Business Excellence initiatives.

The ideal candidate should possess 12+ years of diversified experience across marketing operations, business development support, CRM management, project coordination, supply chain, client servicing, business analytics and process excellence. The role demands strong ownership, exceptional coordination skills, and the ability to work closely with senior leadership to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience

- 1215 years of experience in Business Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Development Support, CRM, Project Coordination or Commercial Operations.
- Experience in consulting, executive search, media, logistics, healthcare, financial services or professional services preferred.

Education

- MBA / PGDM preferred
- Graduate mandatory
