Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator with 3-5 years of experience to support the sales team in order processing, customer follow-ups, and coordination across sales and operations. This role involves maintaining customer records, assisting with reporting, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the sales team in order management and basic processing tasks.
- Assist in follow-ups for payments and collections under guidance.
- Coordinate with Finance for credit approvals.
- Help with creating customer accounts and managing indent requests.
- Maintain and update customer data records accurately.
- Maintain inventory records and sales funnel reports.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide order status updates.
- Assist in tracking dispatch schedules and communicating key details to stakeholders.
- Provide customers with timely updates on orders and deliveries.
- Help track demo equipment and its usage.




- Support the development of promotional materials for marketing campaigns and events.
- Address customer queries via email and phone professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline sales and customer service processes.
- Assist in preparing basic sales performance reports and summaries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in any discipline (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination or related roles.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Willingness to learn ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills.
- Attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a quick-paced environment.
- Exposure to reporting or data handling (academic projects or internships) is a plus.
