As OrangePeople expands its AI capabilities, we are building next-generation AI products and platforms that power innovation for our clients and internal teams. Serve as a player-coach by providing hands-on technical leadership while building and mentoring a high-performing product development team. This role combines technical leadership, product execution, and team management. You will work closely with engineering, AI/ML, UX, and business leaders to transform ideas into enterprise-grade products that deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development and delivery of AI-powered products and platforms.
- You will lead the development of enterprise AI solutions leveraging Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), intelligent agents, and cloud-native architectures to deliver scalable business outcomes.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and execution plans.
- Guide architecture decisions and engineering best practices for cloud-native applications.
- Partner with Product, AI/ML, UX, and business stakeholders to align priorities and drive outcomes.
- Manage development roadmaps, sprint execution, releases, and technical delivery.
- Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams while fostering innovation and accountability.
- Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, performance, and governance requirements.
- Drive adoption of emerging AI technologies, including Generative AI and intelligent automation.
- Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership.

Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, product development, or technical leadership roles.
- 3+ years leading engineering or cross-functional product development teams.




- Experience building cloud-native applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, microservices, and modern development practices.
- Experience delivering AI/ML-enabled products or platforms.
- Proven ability to balance technical execution with business objectives.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Familiarity with AI governance, security, privacy, and Responsible AI principles.
- Experience launching and scaling 0-to-1 products.
- Background in SaaS, enterprise software, or consulting services.
- Experience managing distributed or global engineering teams.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Participate in OP monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
