Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Microservices Architecture, Distributed Systems, and Full Stack Technologies, along with experience in leading engineering teams and driving end-to-end solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and architect scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
- Lead technical discussions, requirement analysis, and solution architecture planning.
- Prepare and review High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
- Drive architecture reviews, code reviews, and implementation of best engineering practices.
- Guide development teams in building high-performance backend systems and scalable applications.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and deployment strategies.
- Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership across multiple technology stacks.
- Manage project execution, sprint planning,



and delivery timelines.
- Maintain technical documentation and conduct architecture walkthroughs with stakeholders.

Technical Skills:

- Backend Technologies: Node.js, Go, PHP
- Frontend Technologies: React.js, Angular, Next.js
- API Development: REST APIs, GraphQL
- Architecture: Microservices, Distributed Systems, Third-Party Integrations, SSO, Payment Gateway Integrations
- Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra
- DevOps & Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, GitHub/GitLab Actions

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in Product-Based or Startup environments.
- Exposure to E-commerce, Mobile Device Management (MDM), or IT Asset Management (ITAM) domains.
- Experience in scaling engineering teams and delivering large-scale applications.

Requirements:

• 9-18 years of experience in software development, system architecture, and technical leadership.

• Strong understanding of SDLC, system design principles, and distributed systems.

• Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
