About the Role

CBRE is seeking an experienced and motivated Civil Engineer to support the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of construction projects, including warehouse developments, base build projects, and related infrastructure works. The candidate will be responsible for site management, project coordination, billing activities, quality control, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project delivery within budget and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee civil construction activities for warehouse, industrial, commercial, and base build projects.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Review and verify contractor bills, measurements, work completion reports, and cost estimates.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, and MIS reports.
- Ensure effective resource planning and timely resolution of site-related issues.
- Conduct site inspections and quality audits to maintain construction standards.
- Track project schedules and milestones using project management tools.




- Assist in project budgeting, cost control, and change management processes.
- Participate in client meetings and provide project status updates.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil).
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in civil construction and project execution.
- Hands-on experience in warehouse construction, industrial facilities, and base build projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and quality standards.
- Experience in contractor billing, quantity verification, and cost management.
- Ability to review construction drawings and technical specifications.

Preferred Skills

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Project (MSP) for planning and scheduling.
- Familiarity with project management and construction reporting tools.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance and construction safety standards.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
