Role Description The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining Management Information Systems, ensuring accurate and timely data collection, analysis, and reporting to support operational and strategic decision-making. Day-to-day activities include preparing regular MIS reports, monitoring key performance indicators, validating data from multiple sources, and maintaining dashboards and databases used by management.





The role also involves collaborating with different departments to understand information needs, improving reporting formats, and supporting audits and compliance-related documentation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mandideep, requiring close coordination with production, quality, and administrative teams to provide reliable information support for ongoing projects.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS), with the ability to work with databases and reporting tools.
- Proficient in MIS Reporting, including preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and generate meaningful insights for management.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present information clearly to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, spreadsheets, and basic data visualization tools; familiarity with ERP or manufacturing-related software is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines.
- Prior experience in MIS, data analysis, or reporting within manufacturing, engineering, or infrastructure sectors is preferred.
