Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of miners and support personnel
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Inspect mine site to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
- Develop and implement mining plans to optimize productivity and efficiency
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on mining operations
- Train and mentor new employees on safe and efficient mining practices
