Mid level Architect:- Location: Balewadi, Pune; but ready to work pan India basis and travel.
Education: B.Arch / M. Arch or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
Experience : 3 to 5 years of working experience of hospital Projects.
Software Skills : AutoCAD, Revit, MS office suite.Experience with IS Codes as well as International guidelines
Role: To make drafts, layouts and designing the site plan and GFC drawings of the projects as per standard codes bylaws (setbacks, FAR, ground coverage, height etc). understanding of Fire norms, Electricity norms and other norms and rules.
