Role Summary We are looking for a Microsoft EcosTrystem Architect / Developer to help take the Company platform to the next level. This is a 50/50 role for someone who can think like an architect and execute like an engineer. This person will own the Microsoft-facing architecture of the platform, improve stability and scalability, and help deliver new features across our product ecosystem.

They will work across Azure, Power Pages, Microsoft SQL Server, Power BI, and integrations with our scanning platform. The right candidate is comfortable being hands-on while also shaping technical direction, improving engineering discipline, and building a small development team around the product over time.

Key Responsibilities Product Architecture and Technical Leadership Design secure, scalable, and supportable solutions across Azure, Power Pages, SQL Server, and Power BI Define technical standards, integration patterns, and development practices for the product Hands-on Engineering Actively contribute to design and development work, not just architecture reviews Build and enhance Power Pages components, integrations, data flows, and supporting services Improve SQL data structures, performance, reliability, and reporting readiness Support the implementation of Azure-native services where they improve resilience, scalability, or maintainability Stability and Scale Identify and address technical debt, bottlenecks, and fragile areas in the current platform Improve observability, deployment reliability, performance, and fault tolerance Drive architecture changes needed to support increasing customer usage, feature growth,



and reporting complexity Delivery and DevOps Work closely with product and business stakeholders to break work into manageable deliverables Help establish backlog structure, release planning, and development workflows Support CI/CD, environment strategy, deployment controls, and production support readiness Introduce practical engineering guardrails that improve quality without slowing delivery unnecessarily Security and Compliance by Design Ensure platform enhancements follow secure design principles Build with enterprise-grade security, access control, and data protection in mind Partner with internal stakeholders to support compliance, tenant security, and customer trust requirements Bring a strong mindset around resilience, secure integrations, and protected handling of customer data Required Experience and Skills Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Pages Strong experience designing and building solutions on the Microsoft ecosystem for production use Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including schema design, performance considerations, and data integration patterns Experience working with Power BI,



especially in scenarios where reporting is embedded into a broader application or portal experience Ability to translate business needs into solution architecture and then help implement them Strong understanding of application stability, scalability, and maintainability Experience with APIs and system integrations across mixed technology environments Comfort working with both Microsoft technologies and adjacent non-Microsoft workloads Strongly preferred Experience modernizing or stabilizing an existing platform rather than only building greenfield solutions Experience in SaaS or multi-customer platform environments Experience with secure architecture in enterprise or security-sensitive products Familiarity with Azure services commonly used for integration, compute, identity, automation, secrets management, and monitoring Nice to have Familiarity with cyber security, risk, governance, or compliance platforms Experience with Power Platform components beyond Power Pages Experience building teams and leading hiring Experience with Azure AI FoundryTips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.
