We provide technology solutions, healthcare services, cloud environments, and information security and healthcare compliance services to medium-sized and enterprise organisations Microsoft Dynamics ERP Engineer Location: Remote Position: Part-time Starting date of the contract: As soon as possible Job Descriptions: Train, implement, and Support customizations in Dynamics 365 BC for recent and existing customers

Technical design, development and testing of core Dynamics 365 Business Central Apps

Work with internal stakeholders to understand the technical requirements and scope out modifications and custom development

Create, design, and modify the default reporting in Dynamics 365 BC

Convert functional requirements to technical specifications and design documents

Make technical recommendations for installation, modifications and custom development

Ensure development best practices are adhered to by other team members

Conduct Code Reviews and mentor other team members

Identify software or service opportunities including training, modules,



business process consulting, and development

Coordinate application updates, hotfixes, and upgrades to existing customers Manage Business Central administration, security, configurations, and user access.

Troubleshoot and resolve application, system, and user issues within SLAs.

Monitor and support Business Central Job Queues (Job Scheduler) and automated processes.

Gather requirements and implement system enhancements and process improvements.

Understand ERP processes including Finance, Purchasing, Inventory, and Sales.

Support integrations between Business Central, Dynamics 365 applications, external portals, and third-party systems.

Develop and troubleshoot API-based integrations and data exchange processes.

Maintain system documentation and collaborate with business stakeholders and vendors. NICE TO HAVE:

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certification

Experience with Microsoft Power Platform:

Power Automate

Power Apps

Power BI

Experience integrating Business Central with:

Dynamics 365 Sales

Dynamics 365 Customer Service

External customer, supplier, or partner portals.

Familiarity with Azure integration services and workflow automation solutions.
