Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Technical Consultant to design, develop, customize, and support enterprise-grade Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions across Dynamics 365 while ensuring seamless integrations and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions based on business requirements.
- Develop extensions, customizations, workflows, forms, reports, and business logic within Dynamics 365.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to convert functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations between D365 and third-party applications using REST APIs, OData, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and other integration technologies.
- Build scalable and reusable solutions following Microsoft best practices and coding standards.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Participate in solution design discussions and provide technical recommendations.
- Manage deployments, version control, and release management using Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Prepare technical documentation, design specifications,



and deployment documents.
- Provide production support, resolve technical issues, and ensure application stability.
- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure technologies.

Tech Stack &

Requirements :

- 48 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 technical development.
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) and/or Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
- Hands-on experience in X development, extensions, customizations, forms, reports, workflows, and plugins.
- Strong programming skills in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, SQL Server, and Visual Studio.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is preferred.
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external applications using REST APIs, OData, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or similar technologies.
- Good understanding of Azure DevOps, Git, source control, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications will be an added advantage.
- Experience with Azure Cloud services is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
