Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; Functional Consultant & Developer (6-Month Contract, Remote)

Location: Remote (New Zealand-based candidates preferred)

Contract Length: 6 months, with potential for renewal based on performance

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;) Functional Consultant & Developer to join a project for a well-established multinational organization (client of Tribes Digital). This is a hybrid functional/technical role suited to someone who can bridge business requirements with hands-on configuration and development work in D365 F&O.;

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into D365 F&O; functional design
- Configure and customize D365 F&O; modules to meet business needs
- Design, develop, and test extensions, integrations, and customizations using X++ and the D365 F&O; development stack
- Support data migration, testing cycles, and go-live activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues
- Provide user training and documentation as needed




- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams (finance, operations, IT)

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Strong functional knowledge across Finance, Supply Chain, or related modules
- Hands-on development experience with X++, Visual Studio, and the D365 F&O; extension framework
- Experience with integrations (Power Platform, Azure services, or similar)
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first setting
- Strong communication skills, able to work directly with business stakeholders
- Prior experience in a multinational or enterprise workplace is a plus
