Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; Functional Consultant & Developer (6-Month Contract, Remote) Location: Remote (New Zealand-based candidates preferred) Contract Length: 6 months, with potential for renewal based on performance Engagement Type: Contract About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;) Functional Consultant & Developer to join a project for a well-established multinational organization (client of Tribes Digital). This is a hybrid functional/technical role suited to someone who can bridge business requirements with hands-on configuration and development work in D365 F&O.; Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into D365 F&O; functional design

Configure and customize D365 F&O; modules to meet business needs

Design, develop, and test extensions, integrations, and customizations using X++ and the D365 F&O; development stack

Support data migration, testing cycles, and go-live activities

Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues

Provide user training and documentation as needed





Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams (finance, operations, IT) Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

Strong functional knowledge across Finance, Supply Chain, or related modules

Hands-on development experience with X++, Visual Studio, and the D365 F&O; extension framework

Experience with integrations (Power Platform, Azure services, or similar)

Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment

Strong communication skills, able to work directly with business stakeholders

Prior experience in a multinational or enterprise environment is a plus What's on Offer
