Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct microbiological analysis of food products to ensure quality and safety standards.
- Prepare media for culturing microorganisms, including agar plates, broth tubes, and other specialized media.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks in the laboratory, such as cleaning equipment and storing samples properly.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas where improvements can be made to reduce contamination risks.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in food microbiology or related field (e.g., pharmaceuticals).
- Solid knowledge of food technology and NABL guidelines.
- Proficiency in media preparation techniques, including agar plate preparation and staining methods.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
