Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Meta Lead Generation Expert with a proven track record of generating high-quality leads through Facebook and Instagram advertising for the interior design industry

. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in creating, managing, and optimizing Meta ad campaigns that drive qualified leads and contribute to sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) lead generation campaigns.

- Generate high-quality leads for residential and commercial interior design projects.

- Develop and optimize campaign strategies to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead.

- Create compelling ad copy, creatives, and audience targeting strategies.

- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.

- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets for maximum ROI.

- Implement Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking.

- Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly performance reports.

- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion rates.

- Stay updated with Meta advertising policies, trends, and best practices.





- Maintain and optimize retargeting and remarketing campaigns.

- Identify new opportunities to increase lead volume and campaign performance.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and lead generation.

- Prior experience generating leads for the interior design, architecture, real estate, or home décor industry

.

- Strong understanding of Meta Business Manager and Ads Manager.

- Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and analytics tools.

- Knowledge of audience segmentation, lookalike audiences, and retargeting.

- Robust analytical and reporting skills.

- Experience working with CRM systems and lead management.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the interior design industry is highly preferred.

- Knowledge of Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.

- Understanding of sales funnels and customer journey optimization.

Contract Duration

- 3 Months (Contract Basis)

- Extension may be considered based on performance and business requirements.
