Megaphone Media is looking for a highly experienced Meta Ads Performance Specialist to join our growing team. This is a performance driven role suited to someone with a minimum of 5 years of hands on experience managing Meta advertising campaigns and consistently delivering measurable results. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel implementation and troubleshooting, conversion optimisation, audience strategy, and scaling profitable campaigns.

Strong written and spoken English communication skills are essential, as you will work closely with our Australian team and contribute to client success across multiple industries. Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, manage, and optimise Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

Develop audience strategies including custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and remarketing campaigns.

Monitor campaign performance and continually optimise budgets, bidding strategies, creatives, and targeting to maximise return on investment.

Implement, verify, and troubleshoot Meta Pixel and conversion tracking to ensure accurate attribution and campaign measurement.

Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve lead quality, return on ad spend, and cost per acquisition.

Prepare clear and insightful performance reports for internal teams and clients.

Collaborate with creative and account management teams to develop high performing advertising campaigns.





Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copy, audiences, landing pages, and campaign structures.

Stay up to date with Meta platform updates, advertising policies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing Meta advertising campaigns.

Expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Manager.

Strong experience implementing and troubleshooting Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and attribution.

Proven ability to improve campaign performance and consistently achieve key performance indicators such as cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, and lead quality.

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a strong performance marketing mindset.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Self motivated, organised, and comfortable working remotely.

Experience with Google Looker Studio for reporting is an advantage.
