We are a performance-driven marketing agency looking for a Meta Ads Expert who understands growth, scaling, and conversion-focused advertising. We are not looking for boost-post marketers. We need someone who can strategically build, optimize, and scale campaigns that deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and execute high-converting Meta ad strategies focused on leads, sales, and business growth
- Create and optimize complete funnel structures (TOF, MOF, BOF)
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining target ROAS and CPL
- Manage and optimize Facebook & Instagram campaigns with advanced audience segmentation
- Develop retargeting, lookalike, and customer journey-based campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance using data and AI tools for better decision-making
- Handle multiple client ad accounts across different industries
- Monitor and optimize KPIs including ROAS, CTR, CPL, CPA, CPC, CPM
- Identify scaling opportunities and solve performance bottlenecks
- Coordinate with creative and content teams for high-performing ad creatives

Requirements





- 2+ years of proven experience in Meta performance marketing
- Strong expertise in campaign scaling and budget optimization
- Deep understanding of funnel strategy (TOF, MOF, BOF)
- Hands-on experience with Pixel setup, Events Manager, Conversion API, and tracking systems
- Strong analytical understanding of ROAS, CTR, CPA, CPL, CPM, and attribution
- Ability to manage high-budget campaigns and performance optimization
- Experience handling multiple industries and client accounts
- Solid problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience with AI tools and automation workflows
- Agency background preferred
- Understanding of landing pages and conversion optimization
- Experience with A/B testing and creative strategy
