Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Meta Ads Specialist role based in Mumbai.
The Meta Ads
Specialist will plan, set up, and manage advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and related networks) to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions for ALOGIC’s product range.
Responsibilities include keyword and audience research, creation of ad copy and creatives in collaboration with marketing and design teams, and ongoing optimization of campaigns using A/B testing and performance data. The role also involves monitoring and reporting on key metrics, managing budgets, and aligning campaigns with broader digital marketing strategies.

Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and support product launches and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Solid Meta Ads expertise, including campaign setup, audience targeting, and budget management across Facebook and Instagram.
- Skills in digital marketing strategy, performance optimization, and analytics,
with the ability to interpret data and improve campaign outcomes.
- Experience collaborating on ad creatives, including copywriting, visual asset coordination, and A/B testing of messaging and formats.
- Proficiency with advertising and analytics tools such as Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, and basic use of Google Analytics or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce or consumer electronics marketing, including funnel stages, remarketing, and conversion tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in paid social media advertising, especially for technology or electronics brands, is highly beneficial.
