:-

- Install, maintain, setup, troubleshoot and configure MES equipment's (PCs, Printers, embedded devices, barcode scanner, WEB Camera, etc ... )

- Document, maintain, upgrade or replace MES hardware and software.

- Configure MES Devices based on system requirements.

- Respond promptly and effectively to phone calls or requests from technical supports team members

- Monitoring all MES Server/Devices/Applications - Check list

- Check MES devices physically as per the schedule along with regular shop floor visit.

- MES Devices - Preventive maintenance & backup measures (Printers, PC ... )

- Knowledge about - PLC & Scada

- Inventory management

- Support calls register and timely closure using ITSM ticketing tools.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- 2 or more years operational experience .(Shift operations)

- Valuable understanding of Networking/Servers/Applications/Pc's.

- Excellent troubleshooting skills

- Good communication skills in English/Tamil.

- Manufacturing process skills & Shop floor co-ordination experience is preferred.

Education:

- Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates):

- IT Certifications will be an added advantage.
