Role Description The Mern Stack Instructor will design and deliver structured training programs on the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) to students and working professionals at our Noida location. This full time, on-site role involves planning curricula, preparing learning materials, conducting interactive classroom sessions, live coding demonstrations, and guiding learners through hands-on projects and hackathon-style challenges. The instructor will mentor participants on best practices in full-stack development, code quality, and deployment, while providing regular feedback and assessments to track learning outcomes.





Responsibilities also include updating course content to reflect current industry standards, collaborating with the internal team to align training with hiring and innovation initiatives, and supporting learners with career readiness skills such as portfolio building and technical interview preparation.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong MERN stack skills, including proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.

Candidates should possess solid web development skills, such as JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, RESTful APIs, and Git-based version control.

Candidates should possess practical experience in building, deploying, and maintaining full-stack applications, including familiarity with cloud platforms and basic DevOps concepts.

Candidates should possess teaching, mentoring, or technical training skills, including the ability to explain complex topics clearly and support diverse learning styles.

Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, professionals, and cross-functional teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience is preferred.

Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or team lead in software development, especially in an academic or bootcamp setting, is an advantage.
