Key Responsibilities

- Lead the complete M&A; lifecycle, including target identification, evaluation, financial analysis, due diligence, negotiations, deal structuring, execution, and post-merger integration.

- Identify strategic acquisition opportunities aligned with the company's long-term growth objectives.

- Develop financial models, business valuations, investment cases, and scenario analyses to support acquisition decisions.

- Coordinate commercial, financial, tax, legal, operational, and technical due diligence with internal stakeholders and external advisors.

- Structure transactions while considering commercial, financial, regulatory, and tax implications.

- Lead negotiations with promoters, investment bankers, consultants, legal advisors, and other stakeholders.

- Prepare investment memorandums, board presentations, and transaction recommendations for senior leadership.

- Work closely with Finance, Legal, Strategy, Operations, and Business Heads to ensure smooth execution of transactions.

- Support fundraising initiatives, strategic partnerships, joint ventures,



and business expansion opportunities as required.

- Monitor market trends, industry developments, competitor activities, and potential acquisition targets.

- Drive post-acquisition integration planning and track synergy realization.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10+ years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Private Equity, or Corporate Strategy.

- Proven experience managing end-to-end M&A; transactions independently.

- Strong expertise in financial modelling, business valuation, due diligence, and deal structuring.

- Excellent understanding of corporate finance, capital markets, regulatory frameworks, and transaction documentation.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external advisors on complex transactions.

- Strong negotiation, analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-impact setting while managing multiple transactions simultaneously.
