Company: Sribir Overseas Location: Sector 11, Noida Position: Junior Merchant / Senior Merchant Industry: Fashion Jewellery & Fashion Accessories About the RoleSribir Overseas is looking for a dynamic and experienced Junior/Senior Merchant with a strong background in Fashion Jewellery and Fashion Accessories . The ideal candidate should have experience handling products such as fashion jewellery, bags, scarves, belts, and other lifestyle accessories , along with excellent merchandising and buyer coordination skills. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle complete merchandising activities from product development to final shipment.

Coordinate with international buyers and suppliers regarding product development, pricing, sampling, and production. Source and develop fashion jewellery and accessories including bags, scarves, belts, and related products. Follow up on samples, approvals, production timelines, and shipment schedules.

Negotiate prices with vendors while maintaining quality standards. Monitor order execution to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with quality, production, and logistics teams. Prepare costing sheets, order confirmations,



and merchandising reports.

Maintain strong relationships with buyers and vendors.

Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Fashion, Merchandising, Business, or a related field.

Experience: 2–8 years (Junior/Senior level based on experience). Hands-on experience in Fashion Jewellery and Fashion Accessories . Knowledge of product development, sourcing, costing, and order management. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Good understanding of international merchandising processes. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Candidate

ProfileExperience working with export houses or buying offices. Strong vendor management and buyer communication skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple orders simultaneously.
