Key Responsibilities

Handle orders from international buyers from development to final shipment.

Coordinate with buyers, sourcing teams, production, quality, and logistics departments.

Follow up on sample development, approvals, fabric sourcing, trims, and production status.

Ensure timely execution of orders as per buyer requirements and delivery schedules.

Prepare and maintain Time & Action (T&A;) calendars for all orders.

Monitor production progress and resolve issues to avoid delays.

Communicate regularly with international clients regarding order updates, approvals, and shipment details.

Coordinate with quality teams to ensure products meet buyer specifications and quality standards.

Track costing, order margins, and material consumption.

Manage shipment documentation and coordinate with logistics teams for timely dispatch.

Maintain accurate records of orders, samples, approvals, and buyer communications.

Required Skills

Solid knowledge of garment manufacturing and export processes.





Experience handling international buyers and export orders.

Knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction, and production planning.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.

Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and merchandising documentation.

Preferred Experience

Experience working with export houses or garment manufacturing companies.

Exposure to buyers such as Zara, Mango, H&M;, Primark, C&A;, Walmart, or similar international brands.

Understanding of quality standards, compliance requirements, and shipment procedures.

Experience - minimum 6 years

Qualification

Graduate/Postgraduate in Fashion, Textile, Merchandising, or a related field.

Relevant merchandising experience in the garment export industry.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
