Role & responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day school facility operations including classrooms, washrooms, offices, playgrounds, dining areas, and common spaces.

2. Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the campus.

3. Implement cleaning schedules, deep cleaning, sanitization, pest control, and waste management.

4. Oversee maintenance of electrical, plumbing, water supply, sanitation, and civil works.

5. Ensure child-secure, hygienic cleaning practices using approved materials.

6. Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, maintenance, security, and other services.

7. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and fire regulations applicable to schools.

8. Conduct regular inspections and address complaints promptly.

9. Maintain records, reports,



and inventory related to facilities and housekeeping.

10. Support school events, inspections, and parent meetings with proper facility readiness.

Preferred candidate profile

1. 2 to 10 years of experience in facility and MEP(school / hospital / large institution preferred).

2. Good knowledge of building maintenance

3. Ability to manage staff and vendors effectively.

4. Strong organizational and communication skills.

5. Understanding of safety, hygiene, and child-friendly practices.

6. Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
