MEP Engineer

Position Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced MEP Engineer to manage and supervise all

Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities for residential, commercial, and real estate development projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution,

coordination, quality control, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Experience Required

∙Minimum 6 years to Maximum 10 years of relevant experience required.

Key Responsibilities

∙Supervise and coordinate all MEP works at project sites including mechanical, electrical,

plumbing, fire fighting, HVAC, and related systems.

∙Review MEP drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, and project documents.

∙Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, site engineers, and project management teams.

∙Ensure smooth execution of MEP works as per approved drawings, project timelines, and quality standards.

∙Monitor installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities of MEP systems.

∙Ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and statutory requirements.

∙Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues related to MEP services.

∙Prepare project progress reports, material reconciliation, and work schedules.

∙Verify contractor bills, work measurements, and material approvals.

∙Coordinate procurement of MEP materials and equipment.





∙Ensure proper documentation and handover of MEP systems upon project completion.

∙Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.

Required Skills & Knowledge

∙Strong knowledge of:

oElectrical Systems oPlumbing & Sanitary Systems oHVAC Systems oFire Fighting & Fire Alarm Systems oMechanical Services oBuilding Codes & Safety Standards

∙Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical documents.

∙Knowledge of project execution, site coordination, and quality control.

∙Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MEP-related software.

∙Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

∙Must be aware of the applicable laws and norms by government for electrical work.

Educational Qualification

∙Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering.

Experience Required

∙Minimum 3 to 10 years of relevant experience in real estate, construction, or infrastructure projects.

Preferred Industry Experience

∙Candidates with prior experience in Real Estate Developer companies,

residential/commercial building projects, or high-rise developments will be preferred.

Other Requirements

∙Ability to manage multiple site activities and work under deadlines.

∙Strong technical and analytical skills.

∙Professional attitude with positive team coordination abilities.

∙Willingness to visit project sites regularly as required.

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per month
