About the Role The Mentor – Quant is responsible for delivering classroom training in Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation, and Logical Reasoning while mentoring students to achieve excellent scores in competitive entrance examinations such as CAT, IPMAT, GMAT, GRE, SAT, CUET, and other aptitude-based tests.

Key Responsibilities

Classroom Delivery

- Deliver interactive sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation, and Logical Reasoning.
- Simplify complex mathematical concepts using practical examples.
- Ensure timely completion of the curriculum.

Student Mentoring
- Mentor students through regular counselling and doubt-solving sessions.
- Monitor academic progress and recommend improvement plans.
- Guide students on effective problem-solving techniques and exam strategies.

Academic Responsibilities
- Prepare practice exercises, assignments, and mock tests.
- Evaluate student performance and provide detailed feedback.
- Stay updated with examination patterns and syllabus changes.





Collaboration
- Coordinate with Academic Support teams to enhance student learning.
- Participate in faculty development programmes and content creation.

Qualifications
- M.Sc. (Mathematics / Statistics / Physics)
- B.E. / B.Tech.
- M.Tech.
- Mathematics graduates/postgraduates

Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching or mentoring experience.
- Experience in coaching for CAT, IPMAT, GMAT, GRE, SAT, CUET, or similar competitive examinations is preferred.

Skills
- Robust quantitative aptitude and analytical skills

Preferred
- High percentile/score in CAT, GMAT, GRE, or similar aptitude tests.
- Experience in classroom and online teaching.
