Key Responsibilities Represent membership program at partner hotels.

Enroll walk-in guests and prospective customers into the membership program.





Identify and engage potential members using hotel-generated leads.

Build solid relationships with hotel guests and existing members.

Coordinate with hotel teams for reservations and customer service requests.

Support hotel staff with official apps, websites, and front-end technology.

Present program performance and value propositions to hotel stakeholders.

Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality. Who We're Looking For Graduate with 1+ year of work experience.

Age between 22–35 years.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.

Confident, self-driven, and customer-focused with strong presentation skills.

Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, hotels, aviation, banquets, travel, or customer-facing sales is preferred.

Comfortable working on rotational shifts, including weekends.
