We are seeking a Manager – Membership Cards (Corporate) to lead our end-to-end membership lifecycle, drive member recruitment and retention, and deliver exceptional service across all touchpoints. Working closely with the Membership Director, you will oversee member onboarding, CRM data operations, digital platforms, and targeted marketing communications to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Member Lifecycle & Onboarding: Oversee application workflows, manage inquiries via phone and email, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Operations & Data Management: Maintain CRM integrity, manage data segmentation, streamline administrative processes, and generate executive reports for senior leadership and the Board.

Digital & Communications: Update website/portal content, draft email campaigns (Mailchimp),



coordinate social media, publish member newsletters, and feature best-practice case studies.

Member Experience: Monitor feedback, evaluate member benefits, and continuously optimize services to drive retention and community value.

Qualifications & Key Skills

Experience: Background in membership management, customer service, or operations within a union, corporate, or association workplace.

Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM systems, data segmentation, email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), and Content Management Systems (CMS).

Communication & Marketing: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience creating brand-aligned marketing content.

Analytical & Process Improvement: Strong ability to analyze membership trends, evaluate workflows, and implement efficient operational systems. Exp - 7 -10 Yrs
