We are seeking AI-native builders—curious creators capable of translating product requirements into production-grade software through effective orchestration of AI developer tools, engineering judgment, and demonstrated execution.

Job Responsibilities:

- 0-to-1 Software Creation: Translate product ideas into working, production-grade software across GUIs, API layers, and system services by directing AI coding agents.
- Code Auditing & Quality Verification: Critically evaluate and test AI-generated code to ensure correctness, security, performance, edge case handling, and clean architecture.
- Rapid Prototyping & Delivery: Build, iterate, and deploy software at high velocity, leveraging AI assistants as a multi-developer force multiplier.
- Workflow & Prompt Engineering: Experiment with emerging AI developer tools, context engineering (RAG/repository memory), and automated agent workflows.

Desirable Skill Set:

- AI-First Engineering Mindset: Natural instinct to leverage AI assistants, agentic loops, and LLM workflows to solve technical problems.
- Demonstrated Execution:



Active experience building and shipping software using state-of-the-art AI developer tools.
- Meticulous Technical Judgment: Sharp eye for spotting logic flaws, edge cases, security vulnerabilities, and performance bottlenecks in AI-generated code.
- Relentless Curiosity: Eager to rapidly explore, learn, and adopt emerging AI models and software engineering tools as they evolve.

Applicants are evaluated based on proven hands-on execution with AI tools. Candidates must submit proof of demonstrated ability through one or more of the following

- GitHub Codebase: Public repository of projects created using AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, LLMs), showcasing prompt engineering, project memory structure, or dev workflows.

- Novel / Original Project: A working app or unique project built from scratch—demonstrating the ability to solve a real problem quick with AI assistance.

- Live Demo / Walkthrough: A deployed live link, working application, or short screen-recording walkthrough detailing how you leveraged AI to design, write, test, and ship software.
