Role: Client Partner – Learning & Transforma;on (Curriculum Team)

Job Summary The Client Partner will own the end-to-end success of client engagements across learning, coaching,

and transforma8on journeys. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless delivery, high-impact outcomes, and sustained client rela8onships that drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.

The Client Partner acts as the bridge between client needs, curriculum design, and delivery excellence, ensuring that every engagement translates into measurable business impact.

Key Responsibili;es

Client Ownership & Rela;onship Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, owning the rela8onship end-to-

end.

- Build strong stakeholder rela8onships across HR, L&D;, and business leaders.
- Ensure regular touchpoints, reviews, and proac8ve engagement to strengthen client trust.
- Drive client reten8on through consistent value delivery and experience excellence.

Program Delivery & Execu;on Excellence

- Own end-to-end delivery of skilling, leadership development, and coaching engagements.
- Work closely with curriculum, faculty, and opera8ons teams to ensure seamless execu8on.
- Ensure 8melines, quality standards, and delivery outcomes are consistently met.
- An8cipate risks and proac8vely resolve delivery challenges.

Solu;on Alignment & Customiza;on

- Translate client business needs into relevant learning and coaching interven8ons.
- Collaborate with the curriculum team to tailor solu8ons aligned to client context.
- Ensure programs are outcome-driven, prac8cal, and aligned to business impact.

Client Growth & Revenue Expansion

- Iden8fy opportuni8es for repeat business, cross-sell, and upsell within exis8ng accounts.
- Partner with the sales team to expand client engagements and deepen account penetra8on.
- Contribute to revenue growth through sustained client rela8onships.

Impact Measurement & Con8nuous Improvement

- Track program effec8veness through feedback, assessments, and business outcomes.




- Present insights and impact reports to clients.
- Drive con8nuous improvement in program design and delivery based on data and feedback.

Internal Collabora8on & Alignment

- Act as the central integrator across curriculum, faculty, opera8ons, and sales teams.
- Ensure alignment between what is sold, designed, and delivered.
- Bring client insights back into product and curriculum development.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, HR, Educa8on, or related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in client management, learning & development, or consul8ng roles.
- Proven experience managing enterprise clients and large-scale learning or transforma8on programs.
- Experience in coaching, leadership development, or learning solu8ons is preferred.
