Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Medical Representative (MR) to promote our products to doctors and healthcare professionals. The candidate will be responsible for generating prescriptions, building strong relationships with doctors, and driving business growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit doctors, chemists, and stockists as per the defined coverage plan

- Generate prescriptions and increase brand awareness among healthcare professionals

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and chemists

- Ensure availability of products at chemist counters

- Conduct product presentations and detailing to doctors

- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback

- Ensure timely reporting and adherence to company processes

Key Requirements

- Minimum 1-4 years of experience as a Medical Representative (preferred)

- Experience in Pharma / OTC / FMCG (Personal Care) industry is an added advantage

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Good knowledge of the assigned territory

- Result-oriented with a robust drive to achieve targets
