? Experience: 1–3 Years About Aerion Medtech Aerion Medtech is a fast-growing medical device company focused on bringing innovative healthcare technologies to hospitals and clinics across India. Our portfolio spans operation theatre equipment, neurorehabilitation and exoskeleton devices, portable ENT endoscopy systems, and other advanced medical solutions. We’re looking for a motivated Medical Representative who enjoys meeting clinicians, building relationships, and learning technical products.

This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple medical specialties rather than being limited to a single product category.

Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, physiotherapists, ENT specialists, hospital administrators, and procurement teams.

Promote and demonstrate products across our portfolio, including OT imaging systems, neurorehabilitation and exoskeleton devices, and portable ENT endoscopy solutions.

Conduct product demonstrations, assist with installations, and train healthcare professionals on device usage.

Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to negotiations and order closure.

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, product delivery, service, and after-sales support.

Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements.





Requirements 1–3 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in OT equipment, rehabilitation devices, ENT products, or diagnostic equipment.

Strong communication and presentation skills with doctors, clinicians, and hospital management.

Ability to understand and explain technical medical products confidently.

Self-driven, organized, and comfortable traveling for hospital visits.

A degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred. What You’ll Get Competitive fixed salary with attractive performance-based sales incentives.
